In 2026, KPA spun off their technology side of things into a new entity called Novara. Novara now houses our Risk Management Center (RMC) as well as their Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Platform called Flex. The RMC is a self-service solution that enables clients to proactively manage risk while Flex is an all-in-one EHS system built to scale which can expand in scope as an organization grows with their safety needs that comes with hands-on support.
As for KPA, this entity now houses their onsite loss control/loss prevention services. We have pre-negotiated pricing for all Novara and KPA service offerings so please reach out to one of our HIB Consultants for more information.
