SaferHire provides a 9-minute pre-hire screen that is designed to reduce workers’ compensation claims by up to 42%, size of claim by up to 15% and turnover by up to 30%.  The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) allows employers to utilize this pre-employment screening tool to test job candidates via a pre-employment screening in all 50 states.  The tests are overt, and personality based and are designed to identify traits that are associated with counterproductive behavior – which translates into workers’ compensation claims among many other issues.  Use of such testing is a significant risk reduction tool and is very affordable.
