Crisis Response Solution – Genex Crisis Response service is designed to help our clients following the aftermath of a traumatic event(s) or difficult situation(s). While not limited to the workers’ compensation system, their specialized team can help employers support the victims and witnesses of traumatic workplace incidents including robberies, assaults, deaths, severe injuries, natural disasters, and ongoing effects of COVID-19.
- The Genex team is comprised of specially trained clinicians who are full-time Genex employees
- Their team includes both masters-level counselors and nurses
- Specialized training in Crisis Response required for all Crisis Specialists
- Debriefing services available face-to-face, virtually or by phone
- Crisis intervention: short-term, acute intervention designed to stabilize and mitigate the crisis response.
Goals of crisis response include: Stabilization, Reduce symptoms, Return the individual(s) to function including work, and Facilitate access to Continued care if indicated.
